 characteristics of lamps (refer to the picture), the lighting effect of the fluorescent 
lamp doesn't change when the power input of the lamp is reduced to 80%, so the 
power input can be reduced without affecting the lighting effect in normal cases, 
thus reducing power loss and saving power. At the power supply peak and valley 
hours, the power is beyond what the lighting system needs, so it has to automat-ically control and adjust the power to make the lighting system works optimally. 
Only the highperformance power saving system has this function and capability, 
and rectifies the unstable power supply.
